Une très belle découverte en traversant la France Un couple très sympathique avec une très bonne cuisine le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix Le pavé de bœuf était excellent Il faut sortir des autoroutes pour découvrir ces endroits (seulement 5 mn d une bretelle d échangeur)

While we were sailing like relaxed mothers in the Bourbonnais bocage aboard our faithful "unsinkable" scudo, this one invited us to a forced stop due to suspicious smoke, (certainly not coming from the rudder, nor from enemy cannons) in the unexpected refuge of the Saint-Sornin lake. Having only canned sauerkraut to sustain us (not even Alsatian), our compass pointed us to the 🌟 Bistrot de Saint-Sornin🌟. We were, we were first delighted by the warm welcome from Romuald and Anne-Sophie, their advice and their humanity. It was without counting on their delicious cuisine in their image because they say it better than us "Cooking is l. 'the art of using food to create happiness'. Add to that a green setting with a terrace overlooking the pastures and the gentle presence of Houna, our new four-legged friend. We left invigorated and reassured. Very good experience in terms of welcome, quality of food and ingredients, quantity and presentation. In addition, we discovered a red wine from Aube, Qué!, which proved to be of great quality after good oxygenation. I didn't know about this establishment but what is certain is that I will come back.
