Le Bistrot de Saint Trinit sur Saint-Trinit

Lunch break during our motorcycle trip through this region at this restaurant located in the center of this tiny village. A very friendly welcome and a meal enjoyed on the pleasant, large, shaded outdoor terrace. The portions were generous, and the dishes were very well prepared. The set menu was a bit pricey, especially for a "Bistrot de Pays" establishment, which generally offers more affordable prices than other restaurants. However, the quality of the meal and the dishes largely compensated for the price. A good restaurant to recommend to any motorcyclist and anyone wanting to enjoy a good meal in a quiet and pleasant setting.

Had a delicious meal for two at a good price. Highly recommended for those who appreciate culinary excellence.

We were lucky enough to be able to book a table at the last minute for Father's Day...we were told they were having a méchoui (whole roasted lamb) that day, which suited us perfectly. Between an all-you-can-eat cold buffet for starters, spit-roasted lamb with potatoes, and a dessert buffet, we enjoyed some delicious dishes...a great atmosphere with live music for the Fête de la Musique (World Music Day). A very good place to eat.

Known for miles around for its fantastic aioli (on Fridays), it offers a daily rural-style menu (poultry, local pork, sometimes game) with excellent value for money; large terrace facing the church, and the clear sky of the Albion plateau.

The aioli was perfect! The service was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The atmosphere on the terrace makes you want to come back.

We loved chatting with the owners; everything is homemade, no problem for gluten-free options, and Anthony, the chef, goes out of his way to please you... The atmosphere is warm and very friendly, with a simple yet elegant feel. The portions are generous, which is important for working people. Wine and coffee are included. Very good. We had lunch on a Saturday. The butcher's cut was very good and tender, and the hamburger was excellent. The homemade pastries were very good and beautifully presented (the revisited Paris-Brest was excellent, and the lemon meringue tart was superb). We will definitely return; I highly recommend it.
