A good time and a good meal in a nice bistro. Gastronomic menu which can be modified with another main course.
Salmon carpaccio, lamb chops, fried mussels, chocolate fondant and freshness cut
Menu at 36 euros per person
Plus the bottle of cider reserves...

Decent food, nothing more, passable service, a little too hasty and messy for a half-full restaurant... Too bad the setting is nice and the restaurant is pretty. We understand a little better why it was not full when the city was teeming with tourists.

Completely disinterested young man (son of the patron), who served us very poorly. I was asked 6 times if we had already chosen while we were still having our aperitif. Ordered oysters as a snack appetizer, but had to immediately order the rest. Apparently wanted to make it a short evening.
Changing courses in the menus, impossible even with the proposed additional payment.
Other higher prices were charged for wine and aperitif than were stated on the menu.
Food was mediocre. The lamb chops were tough through and through, so bad.

The Sauerkraut de la Mer would have deserved to be more substantial, but above all at the right temperature to be appreciated.

Sheltered out of the rain. Plat de jour (welch) good portion. Too much mustard in the sauce. Salty and tarte. So okay, but not great. But dry inside out of the rain!

Tasty and gourmet gourmet menu, in a friendly atmosphere. It can always be improved but it was a good, enjoyable meal with reasonable value for money.

Service was OK, not super friendly but still friendly so not really complaining about it. The food however, especially when you get fish on your plate that was prepared in advance. It should be cooked on the spot instead of something that looks and tastes microwaved. It's a place that prioritizes efficiency. We didn't have to wait long for our orders to arrive which is a plus. Compared to the other places, food wise this was no match. We did love the view, it has a great location and is right across the square where the Sunday market is. If they can improve the food, this would be a much better place instantly.

Endroit très sympathique 24 août 2024 malgré les avis défavorable pour ce restaurant je peux vous dire que c'est totalement faux accueil très bien serveuse super pour ce qui du menu gourmand rien à dire super bien manger et copieux de l'entrée au dessert c'était super et pas d'attente comme ya des avis clients smartbox nous y reviendront goûté les plats du chef fait maison encore merci à vous journée agréable
