Warm welcome. The appetizers arrived too quickly; the waiter shouldn't have brought the plates to us. First service error. The steak tartare is normally served with onions, capers, gherkins, egg yolk, parsley, Winchester sauce, and mustard. The bare minimum for a proper tartare without asking for anything extra. The result: a tartare with just the meat, egg yolk, ketchup, and mayonnaise. We pointed out the missing ingredients, and received a few lies in response. This is a second mistake, this time in the kitchen. And the bill: a few errors that were corrected. For a first visit, disappointed.

Don't hesitate to fully embrace the name "bouillon," for the moment it still feels like a bistro. Go for it!

A good place with reasonable prices! Very welcoming staff. Areas for improvement: a slight smell of tobacco (like a betting shop), the floor looks dirty, the paintwork is damaged, and the chalkboard is in a sorry state.

The welcome wasn't very warm (a woman in black with brown hair). The waiter and waitress were impeccable, no complaints there. I had herring in oil served on a bed of hot potatoes, which was frankly very good. Then I had an express menu including sliced ​​beef and a gourmet coffee. The main course was tasty, but the meat wasn't great, too tough. The dessert was very good, but the cake slices were really thin. You can eat well there for a reasonable price; I'll definitely go back.

Good suburban bar. Service can vary depending on the mood of the staff, especially late at night.
