For so many years it has been our favorite restaurant for a quality, hassle-free lunch in an excellent atmosphere typical of the Gers and particularly of Vic Fezensac.

I loved this bistro during my visit during the Tempo Latino festival. Super efficient, friendly waiter. Meal (dish of the day) very good. Pleasant atmosphere. Very good cocktail. 😋 I will come back next year. 🤗☀Sylvie 🌸

While discovering the Gers, we came by chance to the Bistrot d'en Face, and it was a very nice coincidence! A great welcome, even though there are people and we have not reserved the boss finds us a table in the shade and with air, perfect for our baby. Very good value for money, burger or duck breast, excellent! We highly recommend this address for its friendliness, the kindness and humor of the staff but above all for its good dishes!

The BDF is an institution and institutions do not comment on each other :-). You have to go there to understand, the charm works quite quickly

Accueil sympa sans plus. Les « dames » elles se nomment ainsi entre elles, sont un peu perdues. Tout le monde fait tout, finalement tout le monde fait rien et on attend longtemps. 30 minutes pour deux parts de tarte. Ceci dit le faux filet était très bon et le second plat également. Petit bémol également, terrasse très sale. Un coup d’eau le soir ça mange pas de pain. Finalement, bof, mais pas mauvais. On ne va pas au restaurant pour se nourrir mais pour passer un bon moment. Ici, on l’a oublié.

01/09/2024: A little corner of paradise, magnificent rooms and an impeccable welcome
25/08/2024: We have just stayed in this superb building with its mill renovated by the owners with great taste, charm and authenticity. The magic happens... a very calm and relaxing place in the Gascon countryside. As for the new priority ones, they are simply charming, welcoming, and communicative with this kindness that we all expect and that we find here 😊 A "splash" in the superb freshly built swimming pool, a nap in the hammock or a game of pétanque, everything is possible with the river as background noise. A remarkable vegetable garden run by the owner's mother. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and charming place in the Gers, Au Moulin de Laumet is the place to go!💫🤩 Thank you for your welcome and sympathy. It was very nice and moments like these feel good! 🙏 We wish them great success in this new adventure! Valérie & Benoit

11/10/2024: The best restaurant in all of Vic Fezensac!!!
11/09/2024: Delighted with previous experiences, we returned with guests in July 2024; Reservation made and good table “on the terrace” guaranteed. On arrival, no terrace, but a table below (in the street not to say in the gutter) no longer in the atmosphere of the promised terrace (having as neighbors, 2 local locals, which did honor with house wines and digestives) Disappointment for us and our guests. (additionally the menu was “very reduced” during this Tempo Latino 2024, far from that of previous years) We like this establishment, for the atmosphere and the food is very good, so we will come back once alone for Tempo Latino 2025... full of hope... wishing I could then add the missing stars. A friendly hello to the team
