Un lieu d'exception : accueil charmant et plats savoureux. Le pâté de truite des abbesses était une pure merveille (texture incroyable et alliance subtile de la garniture) qui faisait suite à un gaspacho de melon légèrement relevé. Dessdfts au diapason.

I thought I knew all the good restaurants in Remiremont... Well no! The Bistrot des apothicaires is a very nice surprise. The setting is elegant and comfortable and the restaurant is much larger than the facade suggests. As for the cuisine, the chef offers, among other things, a very nice formula for 31 with this time a delicious grapefruit gizzard salad and a divine mouse served in a casserole dish with crunchy vegetables and juice to die for.... The friendly service and attentive. Really worth doing again, especially since in the end the bill is rather low compared to what is offered.

Nous avons pu découvrir pour la première le brunch. C'était un bon buffet avec des produits frais locaux mis en Avant. Madeleines sont faites maison ainsi que différents plats comme le club sandwich. Je le conseille aux touristes de passage.
