Superb place. Excellent food. Small menu - fresh, seasonal produce.

We went there without hesitation. We had a delightful culinary experience. The portions are generous and the dishes are delicious. In short, we highly recommend it.

An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend! From the moment we booked, everything was simple and pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile, genuine kindness, and real attention to detail. This welcoming atmosphere immediately makes a difference. The menu is varied, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are perfectly executed. There were several of us at the table, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The wine recommendations were also excellent: the suggested pairings were perfect, and we were certainly not disappointed. A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and helpful suggestions. The only slight drawback was the rhubarb tart. While it was beautifully presented, we all found it a little too sweet, mainly because the meringue overpowered the natural tartness of the rhubarb. However, this is a minor point considering the overall quality of our lunch. We had a wonderful time in a pleasant setting, with attentive, friendly, and efficient service. A huge thank you to the entire team at Bistrot des Grands Crus. We will gladly return on our next visit to Chablis!

Very pleasant setting. We're confusing a hotel with a wine cellar, and a bistro with fine wines. Refined and generous cuisine, a rarity these days. Unfortunately, the service was far below the expected standard. Cutlery fell.

Food: They have a varied menu, their dishes are very tasty, you can easily put together a three-course meal, and a major draw is their extensive selection of local wines, some of which are only sold by locals to restaurants. You can enjoy everything from duck to snails. Service: They are friendly and respectful, dedicated to their work, and strive to promote local products. Atmosphere: It's part of a hotel, located in a charming old town with narrow streets. Inside, it's comfortable and spacious, with both a terrace and lounges for socializing.

We had a super fantastic quick lunch menu with Mom and our dog Yquem. The weather was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the lovely and well-maintained terrace. Fast service and excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you are in Chablis!

A superb experience at Bistrot des Grands Crus. The welcome and service were attentive and pleasant. There might have been a slight wait between courses, but we were so comfortable that it wasn't a problem. A lovely place with a very pleasant terrace. The atmosphere was classy without being ostentatious. The food was delicious and the portions were truly generous. The prices were very reasonable. Only the wines seemed a bit expensive. A highly recommended restaurant.
