13/09/2026: Excellent value for money! A warm welcome, a very friendly and dynamic team of servers. Delicious food, perfectly cooked fish and meat, and a truly magical lemon-lime tart! Congratulations to the chef! And finally, an incredible and unexpected encounter with a remarkable man, a true son of the soil, a passionate winemaker with whom we spent a wonderful time, and whose wines are undeniably worth discovering and tasting. 30/08/2026: A very good restaurant, where the food is excellent. However, the dishes are very (too?) buttery; you feel a bit heavy after the meal.

14/06/2026: As regulars, since we stop here every time we're in Chablis to enjoy the famous oeufs meurette (which we highly recommend), we stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed! The room was recently renovated with a superb shower room and toilet, and it even had air conditioning! See you next year!

02/08/2026: Good quality bread. Hats off to the pastries: the croissants are perfectly buttery and crispy. The pain au chocolat are enormous and just as delicious.

22/07/2026: The best bakery in the world, hands down. Exceptional pastries, it has that old-fashioned charm, with religieuses, acorns, tarts, éclairs, and more... Generous portions! The bread is delicious, the prices are more than reasonable, it's worth the trip when you're in Chablis. You'll also find the must-try Duché de Chablis biscuits there. The viennoiseries are truly excellent; we didn't have enough time in a week to try everything! The two ladies who work there are gems, always smiling and welcoming. We can't wait to come back next year from the Var region. A huge thank you again for your warm welcome. P.S.: The gougères are also to die for!
