It was my last day in Biarritz and I really wanted to try this restaurant, but I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. They encouraged me to sit down. The service was very pleasant and quick. The food was delicious. Thank you for a lovely meal! 😄

The menu is expertly prepared and you won't be disappointed. A true institution, a sure bet, with period decor, it's exactly what you'd expect from such a place. The service is friendly and attentive; time will fly by.

What a fantastic restaurant! Basque cuisine at its finest. The staff have a great atmosphere – it's contagious! Wonderful wines and, despite the cozy setting, a high level of professionalism! Hats off to them!

19/04/2026: The meat was excellent, but still rather expensive. The service was very pleasant, but we waited an hour and a half for our food... The online menu was unfortunately outdated and almost exclusively featured meat. Still, I'd recommend it for serious meat lovers.
