Restaurant aan de rivier de Dordogne met groot terras. Helaas regent het vandaag, dus er wordt alleen binnen eten geserveerd. Hoewel het druk is in de kleine eetzaal krijgen we toch nog een plekje. Ze hebben keuze uit meerdere 'plats'. Wij kiezen voor de Steak Tartare'. De ober meldt wel even dat dit een gerecht is met 'rauw' vlees, maar dat weten we. Je mag het zelf prepareren, dus klaarmaken naar eigen smaak. Heerlijk rundvlees, smakelijke frieten erbij en ook wat sla. Als nagerecht hebben we een clafoutis samen gedeeld. Al met al een prima lunchplek, vinden wij!

Quiet place, on the banks of the Dordogne. The service is very good and the staff pleasant. We ate well.

Passing through Argentat, lunch break at the Bistrot des quais. We had a great time in every way. The cuisine is very good, good products, very pleasant place on the banks of the Dordogne, very friendly staff. Very good value for money. To come back without hesitation.

Repas en famille Vu temps donc intérieur 😉 Plats parfaits et desserts hyper copieux. Serveuse hyper gentil ainsi que le patron qui avait mis l écharpe oubliée au « chaud «  Je recommande à 100%

10/09/2024: What a shame, excellent cuisine, beautiful presentation But waiting 45 minutes to be served the dish and waiting again for the dessert noted when the first order was taken, that spoils the pleasure. Plus meals on the terrace because there is no more room inside. The good point, we were warned. Bad organization!
06/09/2024: If this establishment improves further, I will come and have lunch there to give it something in the Michelin Guide: be careful not to skyrocket the prices.

08/09/2024: Very nice experience on the banks of the Dordogne. Friendly team. Shaded terrace or protected from showers as needed. Nice menu, good local amber beer. And a top veal duo!
