Heavy snowfall day, no one else in the restaurant but us. It felt like we had the place to ourselves! Excellent food and very friendly service 👍

An excellent restaurant, a simple yet distinctive menu, top-notch service, and a warm atmosphere. You immediately feel at ease, and every meal is a pleasure. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food, and the wine list is well-chosen. This is a must-visit in Bourron-Marlotte (reservations recommended).

Lunch for four. We received a very warm welcome. A divine starter: soft-boiled egg with foie gras sauce, followed by monkfish with morels. We finished with a delicious floating island dessert. Thank you for these exquisite dishes. A truly wonderful place.

Good evening, we just had a wonderful New Year's Eve. Thank you to the whole team at Le Broc, so cheerful and kind 😍 Nothing to say, just perfect. Top-notch food. Impeccable service 😍 And we even received complimentary champagne from the restaurant, what more could we ask for ❣️ A fantastic team.

What a pleasure to frequent this welcoming restaurant where the food is delicious from start to finish. Special mention goes to the absolutely fabulous duck breast.

The atmosphere and food are always pleasant, except for this particular day when the sweetbreads (€44 per person) were not up to the standard of those we had previously enjoyed. The portion size was significantly reduced, and above all, they were dry, lacking any tenderness, and far too salty – simply no pleasure. We will certainly return, but we will not order this dish again.

A truly authentic French restaurant, just the way we like them! We tasted the best steak tartare we've ever had—the Charlemagne tartare with Saint-Marcellin cheese... simply divine! Everything is homemade, generous portions, and bursting with flavor: a delight from start to finish. In short, an authentic place that we wholeheartedly recommend! 🇫🇷

100% recommended restaurant!!! The meal was delicious: the meats, the sauces, the desserts... all made with high-quality ingredients. It was clear that the kitchen team were professionals: a varied menu, dishes with an incredible balance of textures and flavors. A true explosion of flavor for lovers of French cuisine. The waitstaff was also very professional and pleasant. They served the dishes very quickly and were attentive throughout our dinner. We came from Paris to spend the weekend in Fontainebleau, but it was well worth the 12km trip to dine at Le Bistrot du Broc. We had a wonderful evening.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the €100 set menu. Everyone appreciated the meal and the atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

21/09/2024: Une très belle redecouverte, après quelques temps sans avoir fréquenté cet établissement, une très belle soirée en famille, dans ce cadre toujours aussi agréable accompagné d'une carte raffiné, comme les plats, un sans faute du début à la fin pour moi et mes convives. Bravo à l'équipe.
