Still as good as ever! We celebrated my stepdaughter's birthday there, everyone was very happy, the staff were very pleasant, we'll definitely be back. The food is excellent and the rum baba is absolutely divine!

A wonderful discovery at Bistrot de Broc in Bourron-Marlotte! Excellent red meat, perfect fries, delicious béarnaise sauce, and an irresistible chocolate fondant. Charming service and a lovely setting. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Bistrot du Broc. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was very friendly and efficient. The dishes were generally good and well-presented. Personally, I enjoyed my meal. However, my partner was a little disappointed by the meat, which he found somewhat bland and lacking in flavor. Despite this, the experience was still positive, and the place is pleasant.

What a discovery! Right in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, a magnificent bistro with an incredible wine cellar. The welcome is warm, the cuisine generous, and the service as friendly as can be. We had a very pleasant time as a group of four. (Pictured: the remarkable 2020 Châteauneuf-du-Pape.)

07/02/2026: We've already had the pleasure of dining at Les Prémices twice. Bold cuisine, expertly cooked dishes, and local, seasonal produce, all served with the team's kindness and the chef's generosity. A lovely wine list. But our greatest joy was when the chef agreed to treat our 100 wedding guests to a chicken with morels and a cocktail reception featuring exceptional ingredients: lobster, foie gras, truffles, scallops… all served with impeccable service. A huge thank you to the entire team at Les Prémices who made our wedding dinner a resounding success and a true delight!
02/01/2026: The staff are lovely and the food is incredible! My partner and I came to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, I mentioned it when I made the reservation, and they added a lovely little touch to our dessert – it was so sweet, thank you again! A top-notch place!

21/09/2024: Une très belle redecouverte, après quelques temps sans avoir fréquenté cet établissement, une très belle soirée en famille, dans ce cadre toujours aussi agréable accompagné d'une carte raffiné, comme les plats, un sans faute du début à la fin pour moi et mes convives. Bravo à l'équipe.
