A wonderful discovery in Vinton, thanks to their advertising sign we spotted two kilometers before entering the village. The waitress recommended a sparkling Corsican Muscat, a delight as an aperitif. My wife had a very generous Corsican burger, and I had a Corsican cannelloni with brucchio cheese—wow, absolutely delicious! The waitress was very kind. If you're ever in Vinton, I recommend this place without hesitation. Enjoy your meal!
I forgot about the desserts; I can't remember the name, but it was a cake made with brucchio cheese—simply divine!

Gorgeous meal. The homemade tapenade was delicious, the Corsican steak tartare was beautiful, fresh and tender and the cannelloni was perfect. Very flavourful dressing on the salad. The verveine sorbet and peach glace were out of this world. Service by the loveliest of ladies who I feel I became friends with made it a perfect evening. Still as fantastic as ever! The restaurant is magnificent, with a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor that immediately puts you at ease. We had a wonderful time with friends on the outdoor patio. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with care. The service was attentive, professional, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you feel good from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

The best restaurant in Vinon-sur-Verdon.
This restaurant offers a very varied menu with dishes that change monthly. Only fresh ingredients are used, and the cuisine is homemade to a very high standard.
The service is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is cheerful, making for a truly enjoyable experience.
