11/09/2024: As a critic, I must share our recent disappointing experience with the galettes we tried here. While we were eager to enjoy a delicious galette, we were met with an unexpected bitterness that overshadowed our enjoyment. This disappointment affected not only the adults but also our little one, who was hoping for a comforting sweetness. It’s unfortunate that this dish, which should be a moment of pleasure, did not meet our expectations. We hope this feedback encourages improvements, as a good galette deserves to be enjoyed by everyone.
