Emblematic place which largely dethrones well-established cheese restaurants in Bordeaux. The welcome is warm, the service very pleasant and above all the cheeses and cold meats are crazy! Served with a really interesting choice of wine. I've been recommending this place with my eyes closed for years!

We spent a few days in Bordeaux, the first we went to dinner at this Bristot, the big place, the cheese and sausages were very good, but for my taste the music was very loud and a little harsh. The attention of the guy who took care of us was excellent and the atmosphere was very good. Located in front of the river.

Our favorite place in Bordeaux. The service was very fast and exceptional, and Lucas, the waiter, very friendly and friendly. The food was spectacular, he advised us to order Mont D'or cheese and it was totally right. The sausages and the egg tapa are also impressive!

A wide range of cheeses, each one as good as the next, with real nuggets all the same. The wine that goes with it... What more could you ask for? Beautiful address!

Excellent place for an evening with friends or work, typical setting, essentials for snacking and excellent recommendations from the guys. In short, a sure bet.

After a recommendation, we came to try the Bistrot du Fromager, on the evening of the Rugby World Cup final, without reservation... Despite the crowds, Lucas managed to find us a table, and provided very good advice during the evening ! Very pleasant setting, burrata and plate of mangalica just excellent, small downside on the cheese board which is a little less extensive.
