A little disappointed by the price/quality ratio. I'm not usually picky, but this was too expensive: €8 for a salad with a tiny slice of bread and two small rounds of goat cheese. The dish itself was passable, and the chocolate mousse was good, but definitely mass-produced. I gave it 3 stars because the staff were friendly and efficient.

On my way back to Italy and passing through the Great St. Bernard Pass, I stopped for lunch. Simple restaurant, excellent food, and quick, courteous service. The only downside was that it was a bit cold, but there was snow outside. I'll definitely be back.

05/04/2026: I can't comment on the rooms, but the location is magnificent, right in the heart of Pouligny. The welcome was pleasant and friendly, and they served lunch until 2:30 pm, which is becoming rare these days. The Morbiflette was very good, creamy with melt-in-your-mouth potatoes. The Big Burger was very good and generous, cooked perfectly. As an aperitif, the Jura cocktail was as beautiful as it was delicious, and the local beer was fragrant.

09/04/2026: Our stay has made us want to return to enjoy this enchanting setting and the warm welcome! We appreciated everything: the indoor and outdoor spaces, the meals, the attentive service, the comfortable beds, the tranquility, and the garden view from the restaurant. The fact that there are two swimming pools completes this wonderful experience.
15/03/2026: We had a wonderful night at this hotel, a true haven of peace in the heart of nature. The gentle sound of the nearby stream lulled us to sleep and made the experience even more relaxing. The room was very pleasant, comfortable, and conducive to relaxation. As for breakfast, it was absolutely delightful: many delicious homemade products, all prepared with care. A charming place where we had a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend it!
