The food and service were excellent. My husband and I both had the Duck which was cooked to perfection. We ordered the Soufflé for dessert and we were not disappointed. It was delicious.
We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant for its service, atmosphere and I would say excellent value for money. We would have loved to have gone back but it was closed. We would easily eat there every night.

Presented as a Michelin address, we expected better: the dishes presented to us were nothing extraordinary in content and presentation.
On the other hand, nothing to complain about the quality of the products (Scallops) and their preparation, but again, for this price, we would have hoped for more ingredients in the dishes (Scallops + purée, that's all). , no vegetables) and presentation.
A little "cold" atmosphere, but maybe because we "didn't get along"?...

Pleasant bistro, good food, clean I recommend the monkfish liver and the duck breast whose potatoes were to die for. On the other hand, you have to like rum to enjoy it. Good service and nice room.

Lorsque tous les fins gourmets en parlent.... Cela ne peut-être que Bon signe.
En effet, en déplacement sur Dieppe une semaine, nous avons tous les soirs dîner en ville. Les choix sont nombreux et variés.
Mais, au Bistrot du Pollet, tout est pensé. Le nombre de table, l'ambiance cocooning, l'agréable service, le choix des assiettes mais surtout, la qualité des matières premières utilisée pour la fabrication des plats, goûteux. Une terrine à tomber par terre, un baba au rhum succulent.......
L' homme qui vous cuisine votre plat, aime son métier.
Nous y avons dîner 2 fois cette semaine et y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour sur Dieppe.
