Quai 11 sur Dieppe

We had a lovely time on the terrace. We arrived around 3 pm to eat and were greeted with a smile. The food and staff were excellent. The prices were more than reasonable.

We had a wonderful time; the meal lived up to our expectations: calamari for me and a whole sea bass for my husband. Ana, who served us, was so friendly, kind, and attentive to her customers—service worthy of a 3-star restaurant, and the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil wine was superb!

We had lunch today at Quai 11 in Dieppe, just the two of us, for a bill of €143. The seafood platter my partner ordered was truly excellent. I chose the salmon, which was listed as served with "potatoes and vegetables." However, I was rather disappointed with the side dishes: only four small potatoes, along with a few steamed carrots and zucchini. But our main disappointment was the service. We were the first customers, arriving at 11:45 a.m., and didn't leave until a little after 2:00 p.m. The wait was extremely long, and we had to call the waiters over several times to have our plates cleared or to get the dessert menu. When it came time to pay, we asked for a small gesture of goodwill, given the long wait and our €143 bill for two. Unfortunately, no such gesture was offered. The owner explained that, in his opinion, waiting approximately 45 minutes between the end of our meal, the clearing of the table, and the presentation of the dessert menu was not excessive. It's a shame, because we did enjoy part of the meal, particularly the seafood platter. A small gesture of goodwill would certainly have changed our opinion and our rating. The food was good overall, but the service was far too slow and there was a lack of consideration for our feedback.

After walking along the quay, we decided to stop here at dock 11. We were delighted; the roasted Camembert and its charcuterie board were a real treat, and the seafood sauerkraut was excellent and plentiful. We couldn't resist the profiteroles, which were delicious. Our waitress, I think it was Coco, and the owner were very kind. Well done! We had a very pleasant evening.

A wonderful discovery, as I hadn't been back since the change of ownership. A lovely culinary experience, and finally a place in Dieppe where you can enjoy excellent seafood by creating your own platter. The homemade desserts are superb, and the service is friendly and welcoming.

Considering it's on the quayside along the port, lined with dozens of restaurants of varying quality, this one isn't bad at all. Whelks, shrimp, and oysters made up our seafood aperitif... Fresh, high-quality products at relatively affordable prices: €10 for 10 whelks, €12 for 13 shrimp, €23 for 9 oysters. Impeccable service provided by the bubbly and funny Ana 👍👍👍 Quai 11 gets a thumbs up 👍 on all counts, with top marks for the waitress....

Very good seafood platter, very generous, waitress Ana charming, attentive, very patient despite the number of young children who surrounded us and were moving around.
