A true culinary gem by the water What a great discovery the Bistrot du Port de Vallauris is! Coming alone one lunchtime, I was amazed by the chef's art of enhancing fish with combinations of flavors that were both bold and harmonious. Who would have thought that cocoa and squid ink could create such alchemy? Every bite was a revelation. The decoration, sober and elegant, pays homage to the marine world without ever falling into cliché. I was also charmed by the tableware, unique and refined, which highlights each dish with a touch of sophistication. I opted for the discovery menu, copious but very refined. Each plate was a painting, generous but never heavy, a perfect balance that left me satisfied and enchanted. I'm already looking forward to going back before the end of the year for their bouillabaisse, a specialty here that seems to restore this dish to its former glory. However, I am saddened to know that this gem will soon close... What a shame to lose such a gastronomic setting. If you have the opportunity to go, go for it without hesitation! An unforgettable culinary experience worth living.

It was the most delicious birthday! Thanks to the Chef and the whole team for the amazingly delicious dishes. Every dish we tasted gave us unforgettable pleasure! Bouillabaisse is the most delicious thing we've tried (and we are big experts on this dish☺️)! All products were as fresh as possible. The service was top notch. Wonderful atmosphere! We will definitely come back and recommend everything with all our hearts and stomach😋

Sur la terrasse au bord du vieux port , déguster une excellente bouillabaisse, copieusement servie, goûteuse à souhait avec des poissons fabuleux. Service très aimable et efficace. Desserts et vins délicieux. Toujours un énorme plaisir de se restaurer au bistrot du port.

Valletto con la Lamborghini per il trasporto Clienti. Questo il biglietto da visita e placca Michelin all'ingresso. La clientela è selezionata e la cucina all'altezza della situazione. Menu corto e tutto si mare con pescato del giorno in bella vista. Il dentice è stato fantastico. Come il pane. Come i sorbetti alla frutta. Eccezionalmente ci è stata cucinata una bavette di manzo davvero molto buona. Cantina dei vini fornita con qualità per tutte le tasche. Cosa migliorare dal mio personale punto di vista: il dehors è un gabbiotto chiuso sui lati da lastre di metallo, sopra da teli azzurri, il lato fronte mare è chiuso da una siepe evidentemente piena di mosquito che mi hanno devastato braccia e gambe. Fa talmente caldo che i camerieri sudano fino alla camicia e prendono la comanda con le goccioline di sudore in faccia. Va rivisto almeno nella areazione per rendere gradevole la permanenza a chi non ha la fortuna di sedersi presso il finestrone sul mare, un po' meno caldo. Per il totale, prezzo compreso, ottima esperienza da ripetere e consigliare.
