Arriving on a Monday evening to find the door closed, when it was supposed to be open. Remembering to update the opening hours avoids frustration and wasted trips.

The welcome was unusual; the manager wasn't very smiley and could be a bit more friendly. However, kudos to the chef. I'm not a burger person, but the chicken with its seeds was excellent. The daily specials didn't appeal to me, except for my husband who ordered the Toulouse sausage, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The interior decor is too dark, and the windows need sealing as water leaks underneath. There's also a lack of ventilation in the dining room, making it too hot even in the rain.

What a disappointment! We've been regulars at this place for a long time, and we went this weekend.
The prices have skyrocketed: €13 for two draft beers. We ordered the salmon tagliatelle, but we had to search for the salmon. The hamburger was dry, definitely reheated, and all for €50!
What's more, the bill doesn't match the prices listed on the menu. Maybe it's the medieval festival, but this is outrageous!

A superb welcome, both for the phone reservation and upon arrival.
The location is very pleasant, and the service is efficient and friendly.
The simple cuisine was good and well-prepared; a minor cooking issue with the duck breast was corrected.
We had a lovely chat and a great dinner; it was a pleasant experience.
