Absolutely exceptional. We started with the profiteroles with Maroilles cheese. The sauce was the best Maroilles sauce we've tasted in several restaurants. Our main courses, the Flemish carbonnade and the chicken in beer sauce, were divine. If you're looking for a restaurant in Douai, look no further and head straight to Le Bistrot du Tigre – it's the best possible choice!

A very good experience in every way. The owner and his wife are very friendly and manage the service expertly. The steak tartare was excellent 🤤 In short, if you're looking for a good, typical northern bistro, go for it!

Good meal, friendly owner. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to warm the apple tart and serve it with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream... But otherwise, it was lovely. I recommend it.
