I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The service was truly delightful, with an attentive and smiling team from beginning to end. As for the food, everything was delicious: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with care. I highly recommend this place for a truly enjoyable experience 😊

I went for lunch with my wife on Saturday, March 7th. As I have severe canine dysplasia, the waiter, without even asking, seated us on the terrace. He was such a kind man! Thank you to the whole team for your kindness.

I was disappointed with my meal overall (foie gras as a starter and seafood sauerkraut). We went on a Saturday evening around 7:30 pm, and from the start, we felt rushed to order, eat, and leave. As someone from Les Sables-d'Olonne, it's a real shame, and I'm not sure I'll go back despite the nice setting overlooking the port.

A great find! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The €20.50 set menu was excellent with plenty of choice. The service was quick and efficient. There were three of us. Highly recommended!

I had the €36.90 set menu. The foie gras was very good, but the onions were too syrupy for my taste. The beef fillet was superb; luckily I asked for it rare because it was almost blue, but it was still excellent. The service was top-notch, with private writing lessons, haha. I highly recommend it!

05/03/2026: A truly excellent place! Everything is homemade, and you'll enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts, including fresh fish from the local fish market and a modern twist on leeks vinaigrette. The interior is lovely, and the terrace overlooks the boats, giving you a real holiday feel. And the service is both professional and friendly. Go there—we need to spread the word about these great places!
27/02/2026: A wonderful family experience at L’Estaminet (Sunday, February 22nd). We ate very well: delicious and perfectly prepared dishes. The welcome was warm and the service attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent restaurant in Les Sables that we highly recommend!
