A wonderful discovery on the quayside in Les Sables d'Olonne. The food was excellent and the presentation was original. And the welcome was very warm. We'll be back!

The food and prices were very reasonable. However, the waitress clearly didn't enjoy her job; she was visibly stressed and didn't smile at all, not even a goodbye.

It was very good, lunch on the small terrace; inside it's large and spacious. The set menu included a starter, main course, and dessert, and the price was reasonable for late June. We received a very warm welcome and would definitely return, as there's parking nearby and it's very close to the small jetty and the large sandy beach.

This was my second visit to this restaurant: I'm delighted! I recommended it to my parents, and they were so happy they even wanted to come back, so thank you, especially since it was for a birthday. The €20.50 lunch menu is affordable, and there are other set menus to suit all budgets, with food quality equivalent to the other menus or the à la carte options. The quality of the ingredients is evident. The service was excellent, even though it was busy. They managed to keep us waiting, which was very efficient and important to me, as I can't sit still for very long. I must also mention the impeccable kindness of the servers who go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Sincerely, The first time, my duck breast was overcooked, as I really like it almost raw. So I insisted on how I wanted it cooked. As a result, it was marked as medium-rare. I would have preferred it even less cooked, but not wanting to spoil the food, I didn't want to have it recooked. And honestly, compared to the first time, it was less cooked and still acceptable. It would have been dishonest of me to send it back, as the cooking had been improved, and in the end, I really enjoyed it. Thank you! I did some research, and the advice I received for the duck is to tell the restaurant that it's not medium-rare, but rare. Rosé is the standard doneness, and very rare is almost blue inside, closer to the desired doneness. I'll try to describe it that way next time. I want to emphasize that I appreciated the effort put into the cooking compared to last time, and it was fine; it just didn't need any more cooking for me. So thank you very much.
