Fantastic welcome! We booked for a group of 22 athletes preparing for a competition this weekend and were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The chef prepared a special sports menu just for us, and we had a wonderful evening. The pasta was delicious, and the Bolognese was a real treat. There were proper chunks of ground beef. Not to mention the seafood sauerkraut... which was a delight for some at our table. So: Yum and thank you! We'll be back on our next trip to Les Sables-d'Olonne... See you soon! Helene

It's always such a pleasure to dine at your restaurant ☺️. We had another wonderful evening with friends. The service was top-notch, approachable, and attentive. The staff were very accommodating to customers' requests. The food was impeccable. Seafood, meat, and perfectly cooked 👍🏻

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The service was truly delightful, with an attentive and smiling team from beginning to end. 30/04/2026: When you enter this kind of establishment, the expectations are high and legitimate... how can I put it... if you want to be disappointed, go elsewhere, and for the others, a magnificent moment where refinement and elegance blend in the kitchen as well as in the dining room... Thank you for this moment.
25/04/2026: A superb experience, both in terms of the meal and the impeccable service. The entire meal was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection was very well chosen. Seasonal produce was showcased beautifully (bravo!), the cooking was perfect (red mullet, pigeon...), there were surprising presentation touches (knives), and the desserts were simply divine (rhubarb, the "poetry" of the jus poured with its flowers, the pepper/chocolate combination...). It's rare for a menu to evoke such delightful emotions. It undoubtedly deserves two stars. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
