This Limoges restaurant is iconic, with a very varied menu and generous portions. The curry puff pastry with chicken and veal had a thick, salty sauce, but the portion was very generous. The puff pastry was high quality, and half the plate was filled with salad. The veal escalope with cream and mushrooms was a shame; they didn't ask customers for their desired weight. The fries were served generously. The dining room was noisy, and tables for two were very close together, but otherwise, it was very good.

Very good restaurant. Great atmosphere with excellent service despite the crowds on a Saturday evening. No wait at all. I highly recommend it.

Excellent dishes, all centered around a single theme: veal escalope. Presented in many interesting ways, from a casserole to a traditional plate. Two things in common: they're hearty and delicious!

Absolutely fantastic! A restaurant with a superb setting! A very warm welcome, smiling staff, and the dishes are very generous and delicious! If I ever return to Limoges, I will definitely go back to this restaurant. Thank you!

30 euros for a meat dish with fries. For that price, the side dish detracts from the quality of the meal. A handful of homemade fries is definitely better than a mountain of industrial ones.

Le Bistrot Gourmand is a good, traditional bistro. The staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. It's the perfect place to go when you're hungry, want to eat well without breaking the bank, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
