Very professional and friendly, excellent food.

An excellent dinner with two glasses of Burgundy wine accompanying our courses. The dishes were beautifully presented (fish and meat) and were as delicious as they were pleasing to the eye. The service was extremely friendly and professional. And the desserts were the icing on the cake! A must-visit in Épinal if you want to treat your taste buds! The price of the meal is entirely justified by the quality of the cuisine and the excellent ingredients used by the chef and his sous-chef. The team is family-run, with father and son in the kitchen while mother and daughter-in-law manage the front of house and service.

A very warm welcome, smiling waitresses. The daily menu was extraordinary, very good, and the dishes were beautifully presented, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, with a more than reasonable bill.

There were four of us, and we paid a bill of €280, including two €55 set menus with desserts of our choice from the à la carte menu. We wanted a mirabelle plum soufflé for dessert, which was €16. The owner told us there would be a €6 surcharge, even though the most expensive dessert on the menu was €14.00 [raspberry cube]. We pointed out that the difference was €2, which seemed reasonable, and despite our surprise, she refused, claiming she was busy. We can only appreciate her lack of courtesy, especially since she could have offered to swap the desserts with the à la carte dishes, which would have only cost us €2 more, ruining our meal. Luckily, the waitress was incredibly pleasant; otherwise, we would have left before even eating. It wasn't the price that offended us, but the owner's attitude. We don't plan on returning.

My favorite restaurant in Epinal for years, and one I highly recommend. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish. The menu boldly adapts to each season and focuses on high-quality local produce. The portions are as generous as they are beautiful. The service is exceptional. Thank you to Laurence and her team for their consistently warm welcome. It's a truly enjoyable experience. A warm and intimate atmosphere with all the precision of a top-notch restaurant. Thank you to Marc, the Chef, and his entire kitchen team for delighting our taste buds. Laurence and Marc are exceptionally skilled and attentive restaurateurs, and it shows in the food and the restaurant's ambiance. Well done to you and your entire team!
