A truly wonderful experience at Bistrot Gourmand in Épinal. I particularly appreciated the care taken with each dish: the food was as pleasing to the eye as it was to the palate, with original and balanced flavor combinations. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious and meticulously prepared. Special mention goes to the desserts, which were indulgent without being cloying, with beautiful textures and elegant presentation. The service was attentive, and the ambiance of the terrace allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. This is a restaurant that combines creativity, quality ingredients, and generosity. A place where you take pleasure in discovering each dish and where you'll want to return to try the rest of the menu.

A charming restaurant located on a quaint little street. The menu focuses on quality, featuring regional and local products (dishes and drinks). Located near the covered market, it's ideal for a delicious and/or refreshing break. Prices are a bit high, around 20 to 30 euros per person, but the quality is undeniable.

While passing through the region, we had lunch at this restaurant, which was booked by my nephew from Épinal. The setting is relaxing, the service excellent, and the daily menu outstanding. The finesse and originality of the dishes are more akin to fine dining than a typical lunch. The restaurant offers particularly good value for money. Overall, we ate well. However, we were a little disappointed with the two main courses on the menu and the high price of drinks (cocktails, soft drinks, etc.).
