It's been a long time since I've been back there. Impeccable welcome, dishes, menus, suggestions, everything is desirable and the general level of the cuisine is excellent. I need to come back more often, without a doubt!

This French restaurant Bistrot Gourmand offers the best beef steaks in town! The flavors are incredible and the steaks are cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is excellent. If you like steaks, this place is a must

A dinner for 4 unanimous on the top service of the gourmet bistro.
We all took the intermediate menu for €50.
The starter with scallops and smoked Jerusalem artichokes is delicious as can be.
Then whether it’s fish or meat, perfect cooking and accompaniment.
Finally the chocolate soufflé to finish this hearty and fine meal.
Thank you to the whole team for the welcome and the service. And extra thanks to Marc the chef in the kitchen.

The decoration of the restaurant does not match the dishes served. The dishes are plentiful and tasty. A little expensive perhaps (especially in terms of à la carte entries)
Impeccable service and welcome.
What is very good is that we are offered to recover what has not been eaten. No waste.

Excellent address in the Vosges!
In a historic setting, close to the famous Gate of the Righteous, the Gourmand bistro welcomes you with a selection of wines and an enticing menu.
Although I sometimes find the starters a little expensive, the rest is perfectly up to the restaurant's bill. It's good, controlled and neat.

While passing through the region, we loved eating at the Bistrot Gourmand found thanks to the petit futé site. From starter to dessert, it was perfect! Address that we highly recommend! Especially since the welcome is on par with everything else.
