We chose the dish of the day: black cod with a delicious mussel sauce, vegetables, and a side dish. And wow… it was absolutely amazing! 😊 It was so good, bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The best part: excellent value for money, especially considering the local produce and such a well-prepared dish. We thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend this place for a great lunch or dinner in Épinal. We'll definitely be back! 🥰

While passing through Épinal, I discovered this excellent restaurant. It's so refreshing to enjoy such delicious food! You won't be disappointed here. The dishes are expertly prepared; the flavors, the cooking, and the presentation are all perfect. Lovers of truly good food shouldn't miss this place. Well done! And the prices are very reasonable: a set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) for under €20!

After a fantastic first experience in October 2024, I'm back again. I'm delighted. I had the kidney and sweetbread duo. It was simply delicious and very generous. For those with celiac disease, the chef knows how to adapt his dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions. A big thank you to him and the team for the wonderful, non-judgmental welcome. Bravo!

10/06/2026: My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for a sporting competition. We enjoyed the wellness area, the bar, and the excellent quality and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.
