A great place for lunch or dinner as a couple or with a company. The restaurant is located in the heart of Epinal.
The dishes of traditional French cuisine impress with their taste and sophistication. The restaurant staff is very attentive and kind. The cost of dishes is from 14 to 30 euros.
I recommend a visit!

Meal for couples, “Aromance” menu at €33, including starter, main course, cheese or dessert.
Good cuisine, fine in my opinion, with many flavors on the plate (presence of various vegetables, accompanying the fish or meat). For this menu, the choice is relatively limited, however. For dessert, we chose the "chocolate mousse dome with redcurrant filling"...which was not available; we had to fall back on a homemade fruit salad.
The staff is attentive and friendly, good table service.
Dining room (on the right as you enter), a little limited in volume (return of sounds which can be unpleasant).
An address to keep in Epinal and surrounding areas.

We came on the 3rd. At 9:15 p.m. we asked for a cheese plate. 9:40 p.m. still not served. We left. At the checkout we were told about PSPs leaving without paying at the same time we had nothing to do with it...
