Le Bistrot Hôtel De Londres sur Saint-Just-En-Chevalet

While passing through the region, we had a delightful dinner a month ago. The service was impeccable, the manager attentive yet discreet, and the meal excellent. We will return to explore this beautiful region and enjoy the services of their hotel.

We loved the chicken supreme with yellow wine and morels! The waiter was very friendly, humorous without being intrusive, and offered excellent advice.

Incredibly well-prepared food, superb dining room decor, very sunny menu, absolutely reasonable prices, in short, a real treat.

Even though we were just passing through, we felt at home here. The owner informed us about a week in advance that there was a "big party" happening that weekend. That's service. There was a mini-fair in the market square. We were given extra earplugs. And the motorcycle was put in a garage. The dinner was really good and delicious. We'll stop here again on the way back from the Pyrenees. The four pugs are also funny. We had a lot of fun.
