The food was still excellent, but the service was extremely slow. It took two hours for a starter, main course, and dessert when dining alone. The back room was very noisy with a table of four and a group of six talking very loudly.

A flawless experience at Bistrot de Senlis We had a wonderful evening at Bistrot de Senlis. The cuisine is generous and expertly prepared, and the meal was truly flawless, from start to finish. The semi-cooked foie gras, meltingly tender, was the perfect opening course. The flambéed beef with cognac, served with flair, followed, and a rich and perfectly balanced Paris-Brest provided a delightful finale. We wholeheartedly recommend these house specialties: they live up to their name! The service is equally impressive. Stéphane is at the helm, always so friendly and welcoming, with that human touch that makes all the difference. An excellent sommelier, Stéphane expertly guided us in our wine selection, perfectly pairing our dishes. An address we highly recommend, and where we will return with great pleasure.

Impeccable service. We enjoyed the chuck roast so much that we dreamed about it all week and went back for more the following weekend. Please don't change butchers; there wasn't a single bit of fat, and the meat was incredibly tender. We're never disappointed at this restaurant, so please keep up the good work!
