Very pleasant surprise at this bistro, we discovered it by chance and we highly recommend it. The pizzas are great and we have seen more tempting dishes. To recommend. We feel good in this bistro.

It’s always a real pleasure to come for lunch or dinner at the Italian Bistrot! The welcome is warm, the setting nice, the service top-notch… …and everything is delicious! The menu offers many temptations: plates of cold meats and/or Italian cheeses, pasta gratins, salads... and a wide choice of often original pizzas, offered according to Anaïs' inspiration, for our greatest pleasure! It's of course a matter of taste, and in the family, we each have our favorites, but there is one point on which we all agree: these are the best pizzas around, both both in terms of the dough and the filling! 2 small downsides though: it's so plentiful that we've rarely been able to taste the homemade desserts... and we've already been "failed" because we wanted to book at the last minute! The Italian Bistrot is very often full, because we are clearly not the only ones who appreciate it! To conclude: local residents or those passing through, come and open the door of the Italian Bistrot, it’s worth the detour! But anticipate your visit! :-)

For the second time in this restaurant, we are still just as satisfied. Very good cuisine, pleasant surroundings and very good wines. Always a good time.

Regularly passing through the region, in Simandre or Tournus, we always make a little detour with colleagues to the Italian Bistrot in Cuisery! This time we took: - La Bressane pizza, with Burgundy free-range chicken, - La Gorgonzola pizza, with pears, - La Saucisse pizza, with fennel seeds. The dough is always both crispy and soft, cooked in a wood-fired oven, by the owner, in front of us. On the sweet side, I always have a weakness for tiramisus, the traditional coffee drink. We tested the rum/raisin variation of the week, very original! In short, we love this place and we are already waiting for spring to enjoy the terrace in the interior courtyard. Attention to those who are not used to it, it is better to book before coming. It's sometimes difficult to find an available table unexpectedly, especially if there are many of you.
