Le Bistrot - Le Stelsia Resort sur Saint-Sylvestre-Sur-Lot

I came on March 19th with my mother. We each had a gift certificate for the lunch and spa package. The staff was very pleasant when we made the reservation. Once there, we were lucky enough to eat on the terrace. The meal was delicious with generous portions, and the staff were friendly and attentive. At the spa, we had a facial with Stéphanie, who has excellent customer service skills and a wonderful touch. It was a very pleasant experience in her hands. As an added bonus, we had the spa to ourselves afterwards. We had a lovely half-day. Thank you again. Sylvia

The château is absolutely magnificent, with its colorful facades giving it a unique and original charm. Day and night, the interplay of light highlights the entire estate and creates a magical atmosphere, especially around the illuminated pool. The outdoor spaces are sublime, with stylish and comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment. The place is ideal for recharging, taking beautiful photos, or simply spending a timeless moment. As for the food, everything was excellent. The dishes were carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious, with great attention to detail. The chocolate dessert was particularly decadent and visually stunning. The staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An atypical place, full of charm and surprises, which I wholeheartedly recommend. A truly beautiful, luxurious hotel for such a city—a grand castle renovated into a vibrant and colorful hotel! You can have drinks at the bar without visiting the two different, high-end restaurants.

Just as wonderful as ever, a very warm and professional welcome, smiling, very helpful, attentive to our requests, you are all excellent, we were here 4 months ago and it was already a success, we will come back without any problem as the place and the people are magnificent, THANK YOU.

The welcome was fantastic, the rooms were amazing, the service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was January 2nd, and we decided to treat ourselves before starting the new year. We were looking for somewhere different and unique, and we chose the Stelsia. We were greeted with smiles and warmth, the information was clear and concise, and we met Chocapic, the hotel's mascot. Being four-year-old dog lovers, we felt right at home. We arrived at our room, which was clean, tidy, and the decor was really lovely. We decided to have dinner there that evening. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were adorable, smiling, kind, and welcoming. We ended up eating there twice! 😅 The food and wine pairings were perfect, along with helpful tips and thoughtful touches. It was beautiful and delicious. A warm welcome, just like the restaurant chef! The room was fantastic, and the spa area was lovely. We'll be back when the weather's nice so we can enjoy the park and other activities nearby. Thanks again to the whole team!

We took advantage of the Lunch Spa package. The bistro was great, the food was excellent, and a special mention goes to the waiter who looked after our table. The spa was also fantastic. Clean, well-maintained, the water temperature was perfect, and the spa manager was very welcoming. It's a shame the hotel receptionist wasn't on the same page.
