Le Bistrot - Le Stelsia Resort sur Saint-Sylvestre-Sur-Lot

We spent a night at the castle as part of a business seminar. We sincerely want to thank you; we had a wonderful time! The menu was as beautiful as it was delicious, the amenities were top-notch (mini-golf, spa, etc.), and the service was excellent. The unique setting was the icing on the cake!

We've been to this restaurant several times now, and absolutely love it, when we have friends staying with us we shall be taking them here. The food and wine is great, the staff are very friendly and the decor both inside and outside is like nothing else in the area !! They also have a contemporary bar where we have cocktails before we eat. We would definitely recommend it.

We left Le Stelsia with a touch of sadness, as our stay was truly exceptional. Everything was in place for us to have a wonderful time. The hotel is magnificent, impeccably maintained, and offers a truly exotic setting where you immediately feel like you're on vacation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bedding deserves special mention: we slept like we rarely have in a hotel! The facilities are also remarkable, with a beautiful swimming pool, a mini-golf course, and outdoor spaces that invite relaxation. But what truly makes the difference is the exceptional quality of the entire team. Every single member of staff, without exception, was remarkably kind, professional, and helpful. We unfortunately didn't catch everyone's name, but each one contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Benoît for his warm welcome and friendliness, and to Charlotte, who was always smiling, attentive, and caring, especially during breakfast. The restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise. The dishes were delicious, the ingredients high-quality, and the value for money excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we chose to dine there every evening of our stay, and we were never disappointed. Finally, the spa is a true haven of peace, ideal for completing this relaxing break. Thank you to the entire Stelsia team for your warm welcome and kindness. You greatly contributed to making these few days an unforgettable stay. We leave with wonderful memories and will return with immense pleasure. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

The Stelsia was our wedding venue on July 25th, 2026, and I can't thank them enough, especially Mr. Palermo. He was incredibly kind and listened to us while also offering his own ideas.
