Always a warm welcome from Karine and her team… the place to be in Valberg for lunch at the foot of the slopes or a snack. The crêpes are excellent, as are the Croq Montagne sandwiches… try them without hesitation!

The food was absolutely delicious! Generous portions and excellent service! Super fast, sunny terrace with pleasant music. It's the best snack bar in the entire Mercantour region!! Kudos to Karine and her amazing team!

Open for the summer, very pleasant terrace in the sun with a view of the slopes. Menu adapted for summer with excellent salads, pinsa, wraps, waffles and ice creams. Excellent welcome for a great relaxing moment at lunchtime or afternoon tea!

Great place: well known in winter, at the foot of the slopes, Le Blanchon is now open in summer! Magnificent setting in the middle of nature, parking spaces nearby, good food... Top welcome... bliss ❤️

27/01/2026: We visited this restaurant in Valberg a week ago. The owners gave us a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The prices were very reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was great. We'll be back. 🙂
07/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant twice with my son; the pizzas were really great and the pasta carbonara was excellent. We'll definitely come back to this restaurant on our next trip.
