I went there during my stay in Val Thorens and honestly, I wasn't disappointed at all; I ate very well. Thank you to the chef who prepares the dishes with care and thank you to the waiter who made sure we had everything we needed. I would gladly return. 😌

Le Blanchot restaurant charms you with its simplicity and dedicated staff. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the fact that the chef and waiter are a couple is evident in every detail – everything flows with harmony, care, and genuine passion. The dishes are truly special, thanks to the chef's passionate cooking, but also to the renowned chef, who leaves his mark on every plate. The flavors are authentic, well-balanced, and truly memorable. The waiter is attentive and friendly, contributing to a relaxed, unhurried experience, exactly as one wishes in the mountains. As for the owner, he is a wonderful person, involved and attentive to each guest, which gives the place a special charm.

A small restaurant well worth a visit, right in the heart of the resort. All the staff are friendly and the food is served quickly and without any fuss.
