A very warm welcome. The recommended pear cider is excellent. As for the crêpes, the Toulouse galette and the complete galette are superb. Passing through Alès, we were delighted with our meal.

04/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, which has a wide variety of salads to choose from.
31/07/2026: We were greeted, I believe, by the restaurant manager. Unfortunately, friendliness and warmth don't seem to be her strong points… On the other hand, we were served by Kiziah, a true ray of sunshine! Gentle, kind, always smiling, and professional, she greatly contributed to making our experience enjoyable. A big thank you to her for the quality of her service!

22/03/2026: The atmosphere was pleasant and the service attentive, with smiles and good cheer. However, from appetizer to dessert, the food was very mediocre. The appetizers were disappointing, with unbalanced flavors; the main courses were overcooked or masked by an excessive and bitter sauce with a burnt taste, likely due to the meats being poorly pre-cooked over charcoal; and the dessert was tasteless. The bread, however, was very good, full of delicate and harmonious flavors, which contrasted sharply with the rest of the meal. For over €40 per person, we expected better.
22/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, superb cuisine, fresh ingredients, I highly recommend it.
