Le Boel sur Thouars

I regularly eat sandwiches between noon and 2 p.m. This one was ham, butter, and Comté cheese with a baguette. Absolutely delicious and generous. I added a flan, which was just as good, and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Well done! Don't hesitate to make the trip and skip the McDonald's and other fast-food chains.

Don't judge this bakery by its exterior; give it a try. The traditional bread, specialty breads, and pastries are delicious. For me, the only downside is the limited selection of cakes and pastries, aside from flans. And it's not the presentation that determines the quality of the products.

The bread and pastries are always good. In fact, everything is great, including the staff...
