Les meilleurs restaurants en Thouars

18/09/2026: Fantastic lunch. Fantastic food. All in the faded grandeur of an art deco bar. You must visit. Highly recommended.

07/09/2026: A beautiful summer garden where you can have lunch in the shade of the foliage. I found the banana bread excellent, and the meat cooked perfectly. Congratulations to the chef. Quick service and a pleasant atmosphere in an Art Deco café.

02/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Thouars! Au Plaisir des Gourmets truly lives up to its name. We had a fantastic time, both enjoying the food and the warm welcome. The dishes are delicious, refined, and prepared with beautiful ingredients. Each plate is beautifully presented, with delightful flavor combinations. A real treat for food lovers! The welcome is warm, friendly, and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. You can feel a genuine passion for their craft and a desire to please their customers. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will be delighted to return! An excellent restaurant in Thouars.

12/08/2026: A very discreet place to taste their lovely gourmet dishes. The taste, freshness well balanced delicious meal with delicate presentation for the eyes. Very good dinner we enjoyed it all, most call back again for it’s lovely to add on our collection ❤️❤️🍀

18/09/2026: The chicken burger is delicious and juicy. Super tasty, varied desserts. We have already eaten here twice during our vacation.

12/09/2026: Highly recommended. Excellent meal! Very pleasant staff!

10/09/2026: Excellent establishment, staff attentive to our needs.

01/09/2026: I recently went to Patapain and it was a pleasant experience, but it was shocking to learn afterward what your chain supports. In the standard farms where you source your pigs, piglets have their tails docked and their teeth filed down at birth, and breeding sows spend half their lives in cages. Pigs are intelligent and sensitive: this cruelty makes me absolutely not want to return to one of your restaurants!

06/07/2026: I regularly eat sandwiches between noon and 2 p.m. This one was ham, butter, and Comté cheese with a baguette. Absolutely delicious and generous. I added a flan, which was just as good, and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Well done! Don't hesitate to make the trip and skip the McDonald's and other fast-food chains.

05/07/2026: Don't judge this bakery by its exterior; give it a try. The traditional bread, specialty breads, and pastries are delicious. For me, the only downside is the limited selection of cakes and pastries, aside from flans. And it's not the presentation that determines the quality of the products.

20/09/2026: Warm atmosphere, friendly welcome, quality ingredients, and excellent cuisine. The only thing missing is chocolate mousse for dessert 🙃

04/09/2026: We come here regularly, whether for lunch or dinner, and we're never disappointed. Quality cuisine in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money! A restaurant I highly recommend!
