23/08/2026: A classic French café, just the way we like them! It's like stepping back in time to the Belle Époque! A lovely shaded courtyard. The kitchen is closed on Sundays, which is a good excuse for us to come back during the week and try the menu, which looks delicious!

12/08/2026: A very discreet place to taste their lovely gourmet dishes. The taste, freshness well balanced delicious meal with delicate presentation for the eyes. Very good dinner we enjoyed it all, most call back again for it’s lovely to add on our collection ❤️❤️🍀

06/08/2026: A restaurant right in the city center that serves good food. I had a Reblochon burger which was generous and very tasty. It came with a mixed vegetable salad and homemade fries.
I wanted to have a milkshake for dessert, but they don't make them with plant-based milk.
I recommend it if you're in the area.
06/08/2026: Great restaurant in the center of Thouars. Very reasonable prices; for around €15 you can get the daily special or a main course and a drink. Excellent chorizo burger, the "Gringo." The chorizo was slightly overpowering, but for its originality and deliciousness, it was worth it. Friendly waiter, a great find.

01/09/2026: I recently went to Patapain and it was a pleasant experience, but it was shocking to learn afterward what your chain supports. In the standard farms where you source your pigs, piglets have their tails docked and their teeth filed down at birth, and breeding sows spend half their lives in cages. Pigs are intelligent and sensitive: this cruelty makes me absolutely not want to return to one of your restaurants!

06/07/2026: I regularly eat sandwiches between noon and 2 p.m. This one was ham, butter, and Comté cheese with a baguette. Absolutely delicious and generous. I added a flan, which was just as good, and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Well done! Don't hesitate to make the trip and skip the McDonald's and other fast-food chains.
05/07/2026: Don't judge this bakery by its exterior; give it a try.
The traditional bread, specialty breads, and pastries are delicious.
For me, the only downside is the limited selection of cakes and pastries, aside from flans.
And it's not the presentation that determines the quality of the products.

06/08/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. during peak service hours with our two children, just for a coffee, and we received a very warm welcome. The staff were very pleasant, the terrace was shaded – in short, a lovely place!

21/08/2026: Nice little restaurant, not very well-known but very pleasant; the cook and waitress were friendly and kind. A good little dish to enjoy.
03/05/2026: Decent food with a diverse menu. Portions are a bit on the small size and lack vegetables. The spring roll was quite nice and the soups were good. Service is a bit scattered though the server is very nice.

16/07/2024: Découvert par hasard lors de notre périple à vélo sur la Velofrancette . Accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel par le serveur . Des produits frais , bien cuisinés avec un rapport qualité prix correct.
Petite terrasse au calme à tester quand le temps sera meilleur.
Assurément une belle adresse sur Thouars .
06/06/2024: J’ai appelé pour réserver, précise qu’il y a deux personnes végétarienne , demande si c’est possible de leur faire qqchose, on se moque de moi, personne insolente, je ne ferai pas une bonne pub, à croire que les végétariens non pas le droit d’aller au restaurant, moi je suis pas végétarienne mais je respecte !!!!!je ne connais pas le restaurant et je ne le connaîtrais jamais
