Fondue creusois, tasty entrecôte... Nothing to report, we're definitely in Limousin!

I came for lunch with colleagues one day during our lunch break. We had made a reservation. The welcome was adequate, but once seated, it took a good 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and then more than 20 minutes before they were served. As a reminder, we were there during our lunch break (1 hour). Then we took our order and waited another 30 minutes. We were served the meat first, and 2-3 minutes later the side dish arrived. The restaurant specializes in beef. And honestly, for the price, I was disappointed. The beef (Limousin) was sinewy, and despite being cooked rare, it was extremely tough to cut. So we ate our dessert in a hurry, otherwise we would have been late for work.
