Le Boeuf a la Mode sur Limoges

Food: First time at Boeuf à la Mode on a friend's recommendation. Excellent prime beef, homemade fries (as expected), and a glass of Burgundy (a rare treat) plus a tempting, crisp, and flavorful pan-fried vegetable medley. Service: Attentive and friendly, but the noisy coming and going between the kitchen and dining room was a minor drawback. The evening's busy schedule didn't warrant this fuss. Atmosphere: Aside from the above, it's pleasant, unpretentious, and you feel right at home.

The meat was excellent, but the wait was a bit too long – an hour before being served. One of the meats wasn't cooked as expected.

I went to eat there on Saturday, March 7th, and from the moment I arrived until the end, everything went incredibly well. The food was well-prepared, high-quality, and above all, fresh—nothing frozen. The service was impeccable; I have absolutely no complaints. Despite a mistake on my part with the reservation, they were very kind and managed to find me a table. I thank the entire team at Le Bœuf à la Mode for this culinary experience. I should mention that my bill came to less than €50. However, I ordered everything individually; I didn't choose a set menu, and for me, the value for money was excellent, considering I had a starter, main course, dessert, and a drink. I wouldn't hesitate to return, and I recommend you make the trip, whether you're passing through Limoges or not.

One of the best restaurants in Limoges, in my opinion. My partner and I come here regularly. The menu has a good selection and the meat is of very high quality! The desserts are just as delicious. The servers are very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Thank you to the team, we will be back many times :)

A wonderful establishment, I highly recommend the salmon gravlax, it tastes exceptional, as well as the most tender tartare. And fondant is better eaten in a patisserie))

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and immediately felt at ease. The setting is really lovely, cozy, and pleasant. And the meat… simply incredible!! A flank steak like I hadn't had in a long time: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!
