Great food and even better service, well worth a visit

A great spot in the Notre Dame market with a lovely terrace in the summer. A good variety of choices including meat, fish, and salads. Attentive and quick service. In short, don't hesitate!

This place is beautiful and the service is great! It was THE BEST meal we had in France. Get the french onion soup and potatoes au gratin!

Good service and very tasty food! The flash seared fish and the slow cooked beef cheeks were amazing. As well as the side dish potato gratin! We sat outdoors and there were a lot of bees sadly.

We had a wonderful evening at Le Boeuf à la Mode today after nearly two years away due to a general decline in quality under the previous management. I want to thank and congratulate the current team, who completely satisfied us in every way: reservation, welcome, service, and the delicious food we enjoyed (ESPECIALLY MY FAVORITE: the floating island, which remains unique... One day, I hope, I'll only order the three-course meal: Floating Island from Le Boeuf à la Mode/Floating Island from Le Boeuf à la Mode/FLOATING ISLAND FROM LE BOEUF A LA MODE). It was a great pleasure to rediscover something we cherish. I also want to commend the attentive service team for their kindness and thoughtful touches. These are the things that make a meal truly special and create a lasting memory. Finally, for our part, and after reading some recent "negative" reviews: we greatly appreciated the "bald waiter" (who, for your information, isn't "just a waiter" at BALM Versailles and has a respectable professional background worth discovering if you take the time to chat with him) as well as the new head waiter, whom we would like to congratulate especially. Well done, thank you again, and see you very soon! A loyal customer since 2009 who loves your floating island ;) We've found "our" Boeuf à la Mode again!

The food was quite decent and the location was excellent for Versailles, but the service was horribly slow…

A must-try in Versailles, the floating island dessert is a must for enthusiasts. Guaranteed to impress.

Very good, great service. They understand you in Spanish. The meat is delicious and the tisoto is very different; it doesn't have rice, but it's very good.

Sat outside for a drink briefly it was good . They have music speakers inside which makes the floor vibrate 🤣 . Very cool place for a drink
