We stopped by for a meal during our holiday and we really enjoyed it. The wood-fired food was delicious and the service was excellent; the waitress was incredibly kind :) She even brought crayons for our two-year-old :) I highly recommend it for a relaxed, home-style meal; it's the perfect place :)

We had lunch at this establishment. The trufade was quite good, and the tiramisu was also very good. The portions were fairly generous. Since the trufade was served in a pan, we asked to take away what was left, as there was at least a third of the pan's contents in addition to the plate that my daughter had barely touched. The waitress didn't even know about the law regarding doggy bags. In the end, only my daughter's plate was put in the doggy bag (aluminum foil...). The large portion in the pan wasn't returned and remained in the kitchen. Since it hadn't been touched, was it refilled? If not, why wasn't it put in the doggy bag? Perhaps the cook was a little hungry? We paid for that portion... I almost consider it theft. Apart from that, the ambiance, with its crackling fire, among other things, is quite pleasant.

The products were of very good quality; however, the service was very chaotic. Apparently, they were short-staffed, but the two young waiters did their best and remained friendly. This was not the case for the meat preparer, who threw the meat around without any regard for the service, when he could have helped the two young waiters instead of complaining and not making any progress. In the end, we received our appetizers, main courses, and glasses of wine all at once. Luckily, we didn't order dessert, or everything would have arrived at the table. No compensation was offered afterward, and we weren't the only table in this situation. In short, the positive point is that the products are of good quality and the two young waiters did their best. The negative point is the grill cook, who made no effort to help his colleagues, complained in front of the customers, and was impolite, thus creating chaos for the entire service. Good luck to the young waiters tonight for the end of the season.

Beautiful setting, good food and friendly staff

A lovely evening for four at this restaurant. The specialties focus on meat: ribeye, flank steak, rump steak, fillet steak, and prime rib. The portions are quite generous. The service was pleasant, and there wasn't too long a wait despite the restaurant being full. €150 for four people, including aperitifs, main courses, desserts, and a glass of wine.

A wonderful evening, the staff were lovely and the food delicious. I highly recommend it.
