15/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! The pizza dough is made on-site and is absolutely delicious, as are the pasta dishes and a local beer. The tiramisu is also very good. The waiter was very friendly too. I sincerely recommend it; we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

17/03/2026: A flawless experience at this charming, authentic café/bistro, where you're greeted with warmth and smiles by two waitresses whose anecdotes are as delightful as the food. The Auvergne-style garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) is wonderfully comforting, while the homemade desserts are a feast for the eyes. Take, for example, the lightly sweetened and airy chocolate mousse, or the rice pudding, which is its complete opposite (and we couldn't be happier). A perfect spot for lunch.

30/03/2026: A lovely, quiet, and cozy restaurant. The dishes are homemade, refined, and beautifully presented. The mushroom puff pastry was delicious! The waitress was pleasant. Set menu (starter, main course, dessert) from €30 – good value for money.

22/03/2026: Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel wasn't great. The bar and restaurant had pleasant decor. The superior room (340) was adequate except for the outdated windows, tiny bathroom with noisy plumbing, and no soundproofing. The standard rooms were very dreary. The pool was a good size and the temperature was perfect, but the surrounding area, ceiling, and staircase were really unpleasant to look at. Dinner was good but too large for my taste (especially the ravioli). Breakfast was good except for the low-quality honey. The staff were charming and attentive. In short, for me, it's a good establishment, but not up to the standard of a three-star hotel I frequent. The main drawback, for me, is that the rooms need to be made more welcoming.

16/03/2026: We spent two nights at this hotel. The welcome was warm and the staff were eager to please, even going so far as to provide snow removal equipment for our vehicles! The breakfast was plentiful and the Moroccan crepes were delicious. The restaurant was excellent after a long day; the portions were generous and the food was tasty. And let's not forget the pool, which was the perfect temperature for relaxing. As an added bonus, we received a thoughtful touch upon our departure. Thank you so much! I highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: We've been to this restaurant 7 or 8 times in recent years. For us, neighbors from the Creuse region, it's the place to be for our weekends in Auvergne. And over the years, we've tried almost every restaurant from La Bourboule to Le Mont-Dore. Never disappointed, always a warm welcome, varied and refined cuisine, quality meats, excellent aligot and truffade, and we're never hungry again. The biggest plus: the service, professional from both the owner and the waiter—"essential," discreet, efficient, and attentive. We dedicate at least one of our 5 stars to them. These people (the waiter, the owner, and the chef, whom we met by chance) are truly a holy trinity in this calm and family-friendly place. This weekend, we went two days in a row. Looking forward to next time! You're doing a great job, keep it up, thank you.

08/01/2026: I'm a spa guest and have been going there for three years on a full-board basis. The owner, Romain, is incredibly helpful, as are the staff. Everyone is very friendly. As for the meals, I have no complaints; I don't eat better at home. Discretion, respect, nothing to criticize. Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi quality in the rooms.

19/03/2026: A charming Auvergne setting where you won't get cold! The wood-burning stove provides excellent heat. As for the main course, the Charolais beef (unfortunately not Salers) was cooked perfectly to our liking. One drawback was the Auvergne stew; the cabbage was practically nonexistent. A shame. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness, especially upon arrival.

15/03/2026: A truly DIVINE experience! I would go back every day without hesitation. The traditional ambiance with the wood-burning stove made us feel warm and welcoming from the moment we entered the restaurant. The waitress who looked after us all evening was attentive and met all our needs. Thank you again! We ordered a fondue that transported us to heaven, the appetizers were truly exceptional, and the desserts were all perfect. I would be so grateful to find another establishment as wonderful as yours. Thank you so much for this truly special moment!
