Excellent step. We came from Bordeaux. The welcome is wonderful. The cuisine is famous. The servers are exceptional both in their attention and their kindness. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Well done !

Very nice place for a relaxing dinner with a view of the Loire. Beautiful menu presenting two menus as well as suggestions. The welcome is friendly and almost all the staff are smiling. The meal is good, but without being able to reach a high level. It's a shame that the wines cannot be served in pitchers, they are decent but the price per glass goes up quickly...
A more relaxed service would warm up the atmosphere...

In St Satur in the Cher, 10 minutes from Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, on the other bank of the Loire. Beautiful view of the river. Very welcoming flowered terrace. Good welcome

For a meal on the banks of the Loire then a walk in Sancerre.
This is what you need to have a nice day!
The crottin salad is good and hearty. The dishes are prepared in house just like the pie.
Very good value for money meal. We were happy with this first experience and we will come back!
PS: Stop leaving fortunes in chain restaurants and go (re)discover the traditional catering of our local professionals ;-)

La vue sur la Loire est agréable, contrairement à la patronne qui est plutôt désagréable pour ne pas dire sèche, le menu à 45€ ne les vaut pas, ce n'est pas un gastro et pourtant c'est le même prix, c'est bon mais sans plus, la déco pas terrible non plus, bref il joue sur la vue.

I have no complaints merely comments.
Slight lack of ambiance, it feels a bit like a port a cabin by the Loire.
The food was delicious but the vegetables lacked excitement and presentation just wasn’t there.
Service was good and staff where helpful and knowledgeable
If you want a good dinner with no frills this place is fine, we were recommended for a special occasion (husbands birthday) and just felt a little underwhelmed.
