Excellent meal at "Bouche à Oreille" this Saturday lunchtime. Little waiting time between courses, which were served piping hot, and friendly service.
The restaurant has opted for a limited number of tables and understated decor, focusing on the essentials: refined cuisine with a touch of originality, quality ingredients, generous portions, and consistently excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert. A very satisfying wine list and the option of wines by the glass complete the offering. Combined with the cuisine, the value for money, the tableware, the cloth napkins, and the comfortable seating fully justify the Bib Gourmand awarded by the Michelin Guide.

Off the beaten path, discreet and understated. A real focus on quality ingredients, a short menu, two set menus (35 and 49 euros, starter, main course, dessert), and very attractive prices à la carte.
Homemade bread (a rarity), but no baker, so don't expect an airy crumb. It's more rustic and dense, served warm. The house non-alcoholic cocktail is delicious.
The wine list is very well curated, and by the glass, it's less expensive than some pretentious restaurants. The amuse-bouche already hinted at the promise of a truly accomplished meal!
