The food was refined and delicious, though the portions were a little small. The service was impeccable, and the shaded outdoor area was very pleasant.

Lunch today at this little establishment in Simorre. We ate on the terrace, and the location alone is really lovely: a small cobbled street, shaded by a tree, overlooking a charming little square. They have a set menu, but it's truly excellent, and they also offer children's menus and a vegetarian option. Fresh, seasonal produce, of course. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from the cocktails and organic fruit juices to the entire meal (a special mention for the dessert, which was a real gem) and the chai latte with miso – a true discovery! The staff were friendly and welcoming!

With every bite, you sense a story behind each dish, a precise technique, a sincerity that doesn't lie. It's rare to find a restaurant so true to its purpose, so honest in its ambition. With its fine selection of natural wines and organic Armagnacs, its concerts under the trees, and its warm welcome, Le Bouche à Oreille is much more than a restaurant: an exceptional establishment that richly deserves to have its name known far beyond the Gers region.

A place we absolutely love: home-style cooking, a place where culture, gastronomy, and human values ​​intersect, and on Saturday evenings in the summer, a bonus concert. A wonderful example of rural vitality. Worth discovering or rediscovering.

Superb concept: the help of many volunteers and financial donations make it possible to offer varied free concerts throughout the year.

But everything here is exceptional: the food, the location, the atmosphere, the welcome. The only downside is that sometimes it's closed.
