From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful atmosphere in a modern and stylish setting. What immediately strikes you is the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. The service is both professional and warm; you instantly feel at ease. As for the food, the lunch menu is absolutely flawless: The starter: An excellent rabbit terrine. You can taste the "homemade" quality from the first bite, it's undeniable. The main course: A fillet of pollack with sweet potato, all enhanced by an incredible sauce... The chef is right to keep it a secret; it's truly memorable! The dessert: An apple-blueberry clafoutis so delicate it would make any gourmet blush. A truly wonderful discovery! The lunch menu is €26. You can choose between two starters, two main courses, and two desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We particularly appreciated the delicious seasonal vegetables that accompanied our pork cheek (which was incredibly tender). A great place to remember.
