One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! I recommend it 100%! The Angus beef was so tender it was absolutely divine!

The hanger steak was excellent, the beef was delicious, Matilde tasted it and approved too. The gratin was delicious, but unfortunately, it will never beat Grandma's. The plate went home without having to be washed! P.S.: Matilde has never chosen a better place! Let's not get carried away though 🤣

Restaurant near the castle. Arriving (5 of us) around 9 pm, we were quickly offered a table even though we hadn't made a reservation (though it's highly recommended). The cuisine is high-quality gourmet, and the menu offers something for everyone. We had a lovely time that Saturday evening. We recommend this restaurant.

15/05/2026: Returning to this restaurant more than 20 years later, what a wonderful surprise! It used to be called Ribot. The food is simply delicious, and I honestly think it's the best restaurant in Maisons-Laffitte (on par with Le Tastevin). The atmosphere is cozy, the service provided by the owner (with a slight Spanish accent) is warm and friendly, and the food… oh my goodness! It's perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

21/05/2026: What a lovely place! A quiet, shaded terrace, charming service, and excellent food. Set menus at €43 or €54, both complete and delicious. What a shame it's closed!
15/05/2026: I'll start with my only disappointment: discovering this restaurant too late, just before closing time. The setting is beautiful, and the service is very pleasant and attentive. The tasting menu might seem a bit pricey, but everything is delicious and beautifully presented. No regrets about paying the price; the food is as good as in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, and best of luck for the future!
