I really enjoy my time at the restaurant. The service was good, the waitress took good care of us and the chef was so kind.
And the food was exquisitely tasty.
We spent New Year's Eve at the Bouche à Oreille restaurant.
We were a little disappointed with dinner, especially the dessert, which was completely unfestive, considering the price.
The service was adequate, nothing more.
During my 2-day stay, I was able to appreciate the impeccable room and the 2 excellent restaurants. I am a teenager and I particularly appreciated the quality of the dishes and the service. Bravo to the whole team!! I hope to come back soon
2nd time in this establishment and a little disappointed by the meal. We asked for the tasting menu without the wine pairing because we wanted to have a bottle from the menu. For the aperitif I had a glass of champagne and my husband a whisky. How surprised we were this morning when we paid to find that the menu had been charged €130, which was €20 less, but we were also charged for the aperitifs... Not very commercial. We will certainly return but will no longer take this gastronomic formula which is charged more than restaurants with 1 star (for example Gilles Goujon in Beziers). The hotel is quiet, comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality except for the pastries.
