It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel and restaurant are beautifully designed, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious.
We were traveling with our two small dogs, and we really appreciated that they were welcome even at breakfast. This level of hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
We are very grateful for the excellent service and warm atmosphere. Thank you very much!

We received a gift certificate from our children for lunch at this establishment. It was the "Discovery" menu, and what a discovery it was! A succession of courses, each more delicious than the last, accompanied by excellent wines. A true delight for the palate. But how can we not also mention the service? The staff were attentive, focused on our satisfaction, and responsive to our every request. My wife and I had a very pleasant time. Thank you to the entire team. And of course, a very special thank you to the Chef and his team. We highly recommend it.

My rating only applies to the food:
The food offered is typical of a seminar setting, just like the venue itself.
The value for money isn't optimal; the food served doesn't live up to the service—which needs improvement—and the dishes are too simple. The excellent dessert redeems the meal.

This time we dined in the brasserie part of the establishment, the gourmet restaurant being closed, and it was very good. The foie gras burger is to die for and the lobster flan suggested by the chef is delicious.
