The hotel was lovely, and we had a large room with a bathroom/bathtub.
We stayed one night with a baby, and the hotel provided a crib.
Arriving after midnight, we were greeted by Nathan. His welcome was professional and courteous. He showed us around the hotel before escorting us to our room. He was very attentive to a problem we had and readily available to provide any assistance we needed.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel and restaurant are beautifully designed, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious.
We were traveling with our two small dogs, and we really appreciated that they were welcome even at breakfast. This level of hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

We received a gift certificate from our children for lunch at this establishment. It was the "Discovery" menu, and what a discovery it was! A succession of courses, each more delicious than the last, accompanied by excellent wines. A true delight for the palate. But how can we not also mention the service? The staff were attentive, focused on our satisfaction, and responsive to our every request. My wife and I had a very pleasant time. Thank you to the entire team. And of course, a very special thank you to the Chef and his team. We highly recommend it.

The food offered is typical of a seminar setting, just like the venue itself.
The value for money isn't optimal; the food served doesn't live up to the service—which needs improvement—and the dishes are too simple. The excellent dessert redeems the meal.
A wonderful discovery! We had a delightful time at Le Bouche à Oreille restaurant. The dishes were excellent and refined, and the service was top-notch. Marianne gave us a very warm welcome. We'll be back!
