A small but excellent restaurant that also caters to celiacs. We made a reservation about a week in advance, mentioning that one of us has celiac disease and therefore needs to eat gluten-free. They assured us that this wouldn't be a problem and that we should simply mention it again when we arrived. They have a small but regularly changing menu, offering a choice of 4-5 dishes each for the appetizer, main course, and dessert for a three-course meal. Our celiac partner still had a choice of 2 out of 4 appetizers, all 5 main courses, and 3 out of 4 desserts. If there's any doubt, a course can be adapted (e.g., by omitting the topping of various seeds if there's any uncertainty). The meat/fish for the main courses is always freshly prepared over the fire in the wood-burning stove. We always enjoy the food immensely, and it has been an absolute must for us on every vacation for years. This year (2026) is the first time we've had celiac disease on board, and it's been an absolutely positive experience in terms of "eating out" for our celiac daughter.

We had a sensational meal. The owner conjured up a vegetarian dish that was both visually stunning and delicious. The food is grilled over an open fire, and the atmosphere was very personal and cozy. Reservations are probably recommended, but we were able to get a table without one.

A wonderful discovery! We spontaneously decided to treat ourselves to a romantic outing. It was absolutely perfect; the food was beyond excellent. The service was provided with smiles and genuine kindness.

The menu is short but varied, ensuring there's something for everyone. As for the dishes, they are simply delicious... A true delight! We highly recommend it.
