Le Bouchon sur Saint-Girons

We visited this restaurant several times during our stay in St Girons: we ate well, enjoyed the terrace as well as the friendly and efficient service.

We had a wonderful time with my parents. The waiter and waitress were accommodating and attentive. The portions were very generous! I highly recommend it!

Nice place, the prices are high for what you get, but it was enjoyable.

The menu is varied, the dishes are generous and tasty. The location is pleasant. The servers, while friendly, were, unfortunately, not very clean: dirty trousers, black fingernails, sloppy shirt, perspiration wiped from his forehead with his hand, then his hand wiped on his trousers... it was very hot, admittedly, but a small towel would have been better, and not in front of the customers... This doesn't give a good impression and could raise doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It's a shame because the menu itself is appealing. Paying more attention to this would be a good thing.

Good quality meat and fish. It was quick. Reservations are recommended.

Excellent quality dishes. The pasta with morels and pan-seared fresh foie gras was divine. Efficient service and very friendly staff.

I love going to K-NON and it's always perfect. The service is impeccable and super friendly. The meat, sourced from local producers, has never disappointed me. The pork ribs were generous and perfectly caramelized. And the homemade fries are always delicious. Good value for money. Located right in the center on a nice square, just steps from the Saint-Girons market on Saturdays. Plus, it's a restaurant open 7 days a week in Saint-Girons.

We were at our dear friends 70th birthday and he had chosen this and it was lovely to eat and chat.
