What a pleasure to rediscover dishes prepared with finesse and surprising flavors. The explanations during service are given with delicacy and poetry, making our palates eager to taste. An establishment to discover for those who appreciate being swept away by gastronomy.

We came on a Friday at lunchtime and chose the "Three Sparkles" menu. It was a wonderful discovery! The cuisine is refined, bursting with flavor, and features delicious seasonal produce. It's truly a delight, as beautiful as it is tasty. The lovely tableware is also a real plus, perfectly complementing the dishes. A big thank you to the chef for this beautiful cuisine, as well as to the very pleasant and attentive waiter who took the time to chat and provide helpful explanations about the dishes. We'll be back on the weekend to try the other two menus. Congratulations again to these two passionate young chefs! We highly recommend this restaurant.

The four-course blind tasting menu is a marvel of creativity and finesse. Each dish is a surprise, a perfect balance between boldness and delicacy. Local and seasonal produce is showcased with rare precision, and the wine pairings are simply masterful: each glass seems to have been chosen to complement the dish it accompanies. The service is impeccable: an attentive, smiling, and passionate waiter who enthusiastically describes each creation. You can feel a wonderful rapport between the chef and the waiter, a duo driven by the same passion for flavor and sharing. Despite the heat in the un-air-conditioned dining room, nothing could dampen this magnificent evening. Everything came together for a moment of emotion and pleasure. An address that absolutely must be known in Touraine: a place where you feel privileged, amazed, and grateful for such an experience. Congratulations again to the maître d'hôtel and the chef! Keep up the good work; you're approaching excellence.

First visit to this restaurant since the change of ownership. We weren't disappointed. It's a little surprising not to see a menu to help with your selection, but it's an original concept. We opted for the three-course menu: starter, main course, dessert, and a wine pairing for my husband. We were able to choose between two starters and two main courses; there was only one dessert option. The waiter offered guidance if needed and clarified whether we wanted fish or meat. We didn't mention any foods we disliked. The dish we ended up eating included something I don't particularly like and never cook, but we finished our plates anyway. The presentation of the dishes was lovely and elegant, and we enjoyed our meal. The playlist of well-known songs with a jazz twist was very pleasant to listen to. We will recommend this establishment to others.
